1.- Fist impression is the best: The facility must be clean and presentable, the staff must be friendly and answer strait to all of your questions, you must be able to cheek credentials and certifications. If possible talk to other patients in the waiting room ask for personal experience and testimonials.
2.- Don’t be afraid to ask: here is no wrong question to ask, any thing is valuable (rate of complications, procedures for emergency, malpractice insurance, corrective proceures) and they must fill comfortable to answer any thing, make sure they spend the necessary time for you, and if possible make a list in advance, this will save you time and make sure you don’t forget any thing.
